The website applies as an invitation to treat. An order placed by the customer is regarded as an offer to purchase, which Targetgrange Ltd can either accept or decline at its own discretion. The offer is only binding when an invoice is issued by us, which inadvertently acts as a contract between Targetgrange Ltd and the customer. An e-mail confirmation simply means we have received your offer and does not mean the offer is binding.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they have provided the correct delivery details. If incorrect details have been provided then Targetgrange Ltd is not obliged to resend the order to the correct address. Details can only be amended if the goods have not already been shipped.

We will try to ship your delivery as quickly as possible and we may be entitled to either send a part of the delivery or remove certain products entirely due to unforeseen circumstances.

It is the customer’s responsibility, at the checkout screen, to select the specific delivery option they require.

The number of days for delivery will vary according to this selection. We will try to dispatch your delivery on the same day for those orders placed before 4pm.  Any orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day.

Delivery time may vary depending on the availability of the product ordered.  

Any dates quoted for delivery are approximate only.

Targetgrange Ltd is unable to refund delivery charges in case of late delivery or where delivery has failed.

If the order is to be dispatched to an international destination and for whatever reason does not arrive, it is at the discretion of Targetgrange Ltd to consider refunding or resending the order.

Within the UK

We offer free delivery on orders above £40*.

For orders under £40 in value*, customers may opt for the following options:

• Royal Mail First Class Post  -  Parcels are dispatched for £2.95 within 1-2 working days
• Royal Mail Second Class Post  -  Parcels are dispatched for £1.95 within 3-5 working days

All the above prices are regardless of weight and size. A signature may be required on receipt. Our standard delivery options include packaging and handling.

*Any order that exceeds 2kg in weight may be subject to an additional delivery charge. The customer will be informed by e-mail of any additional delivery charge that may be applicable in advance of the order being processed.

Within the EU

Any delivery within the European Union will be charged at £7.99 regardless of the value of your order. The delivery should arrive within 6-12 working days.

Rest of the world

Deliveries to regions outside of the EU are charged at £14.99 regardless of order value. Delivery should arrive within 10-15 working days.

All prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Any orders from outside the EU may be subjected to additional taxes in the country of destination. It is the customer’s responsibility to comply with the taxation laws of the destination country. Targetgrange Ltd will not be responsible for any charges relating to additional taxation.

Reserve for Store Pick-up

Reserve online, pay in-store when you collect your items.

If items are in stock, your reservation will be held in-store until the end of the next two working days. The Customer will be informed in case items marked may not be available for immediate collection in all stores. Items which need to be ordered in are usually available for collection within 3-7 working days - the exact dates will be shown on your reservation. When you place your reservation, you will be given a reservation number to take to the store. Prices may change on a daily basis due to special offers. The price you pay will be the price in store on the day you collect and pay for your items.
